Shipping policy
SHIPPING RATES
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class (or comparable service).
- $12.00 flat rate for the first item
- $1.00 additional for each additional item
UPS shipping options will be introduced and announced when available.
ORDER PROCESSING
All items are handmade, customized, or energetically prepared. Because of this, standard order processing time is up to 4 weeks.
Processing times may vary depending on order volume. Any updates, delays, or changes will always be posted on the announcement bar of this site when applicable.
Please note: processing time is separate from shipping time.
Once your order has been fulfilled and handed over to USPS or UPS, it is no longer in our possession. Tracking information is provided once your order is processed and will be sent to the email used at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once marked as delivered or in transit. Claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier using your tracking number. Please monitor your tracking updates directly through the carrier’s website for the most accurate information.
Custom Orders
Custom work has a 6-week turnaround time and cannot be rushed due to the depth and nature of the preparation involved.

RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders are available only when capacity allows and are not guaranteed.
When available, rush orders are processed within 7 days and are shipped via priority mail. Additional enhancements or items may be included depending on the nature of the order.
