RITUAL SERVICE DETAILS ๋࣭ ⭑

Each ritual service is specific to the client's needs and are based off of ancestral/ hoodoo practices. Upon booking you agree that you believe in said practice(s) and are aware that we must legally state that results and timeliness are not "promised". You determine your needs upon booking based on the services offered. Please be sure that when booking that your name and payment method's name, match.

When booking a ritual service, you are agreeing that this is not a physical product. Once booked you will see a confirmation page and receive message alerts upon your booking date. Rituals are serviced and posted on our social media accounts via the confirmation page. Dates, times, and locations for ritual services are subject to change per owners (The Hood Enchantress) discretion, per business needs, and/or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please be advised that due to the nature and preparation of these services, there are NO refunds for this service. Any disputes, misunderstandings, over/underpayments, etc will be challenged and/or addressed to the furthest extent. Your agreement to these terms are required upon checkout.

📘 READING DETAILS

Readings are sent by email only so please be sure that your email information is accurate. Readings are subject to a 2-3 business day turnaround from the date booked. We highly suggest taking this into consideration. If a reading is urgent please utilize our limited emergency services (though there is no guarantee).

You will receive a notification via text to confirm the day of your reading delivery date and your reading will be sent via email. If for some reason there are any delays in your reading you will receive notice (though we always aim to work within our timeframe).

Please do not reach out to rush your reading.

We prefer to work without rush or anxiety.


REFUND POLICY
This refund policy applies to both services listed above. There are NO refunds or exchanges on either service. If there is a discrepancy or error please reach out so that we may assist you.
