Due to the small-batch, handmade, and intentional nature of this work, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

This applies to all products, readings, rituals, and services.

Please choose your items with full clarity and intention before completing your purchase, as each order is considered final once placed and prepared.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us immediately at support@thehoodenchantress.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement or equivalent remedy.

Returned Packages

Any packages returned to sender due to being unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable may be eligible for a refund minus shipping costs, once the item is received back in its original condition.
