Readings ✶

All readings are delivered as a private video to the email address provided at checkout. Please verify that your email address, AND phone number are correct before placing your order. The Hood Enchantress is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders before contacting us regarding a missing reading.

The date selected on the booking calendar is a scheduling placeholder only and does not reflect the actual date your reading will be completed. 

Our turnaround is 2–3 business days from the date your reading is booked, excluding weekends and holidays. Urgent readings are available in very limited quantities and are the only option for expedited service.

A courtesy text notification will be sent on the day your reading is delivered. Please do not contact us for status updates or to request faster delivery. Readings are completed in the order received unless an urgent service has been purchased.

Each reading is a custom spiritual service prepared with focused attention, prayer, and discernment. This work is approached with great care and should not be considered a substitute for legal, medical, psychological, or financial advice. No specific outcome, prediction, reconciliation, or result can be guaranteed. I will tell you what I see, feel, and intuitutively pick up on during our reading. 

All reading services are final sale. No refunds, cancellations, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted once work has begun. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
