Items are currently shipped via USPS First Class Domestic —

$12.00 flat rate (one item) $1.00 additional for second + item.

ORDER PROCESSING

All items are handmade or customized, therefore order processing takes 4 weeks to fully process. Depending on current order volume, these processing times may change and if applicable updates and/or delays will be displayed on this site in the announcement bar.

Processing is NOT included in shipment times. Once your order is handed over to USPS/UPS it is no longer in our possession. Tracking numbers are sent out prior to items being handed over and will contain any updates via email used when placing your order. The Hood Enchantress will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Claims can be filed directly with the courier selected when placing your order. Please plug in your tracking number via courier website to get the most up to date updates in regards to shipping.

Custom orders have a turnaround time of 6 weeks and can NOT be rushed. If you are in need of an emergency working please email contact@thehoodenchantress.com or fill out the form displayed in the contact section of this website to see if there are options available.

RUSH ORDERS:

Rush Orders are available at random based on current shipment times.

Rush orders take 7 days to process and are sent priority with additional goods if applicable.

 

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES + REFUNDS

Due to the small handmade nature of this business, returns, exchanges, & refunds are NOT accepted at any time. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This includes readings, items, and rituals/services. If you received an item that is defective please reach out to me by email at CONTACT@THEHOODENCHANTRESS.COM immediately and my team will get it taken care of immediately.

Please choose your items with care and full fledge intention, before your order is placed.

Please note that any items that are returned unopened will be refunded minus the cost of shipping. International items refused at customs will NOT be refunded.
